Description

How to use the oval banneton:

  • Sprinkle flour around the inside of the banneton to form a light coating.
  • Shape your dough mix to resemble that of an oval shape.
  • Gently add the dough mix, cover and leave your dough to rise.
  • Remove your dough taking care to ensure that the imprinted underside faces upwards.
