Our Returns Policy
If you find a fault with your purchased product, please let us know within 30 days of ordering via firstname.lastname@example.org. Please also include a photo to evidence the fault where possible.
Please ensure you return any items in the original packaging. All returned items should be unused and in original condition other than any reported fault. We are not responsible for damage occurring in return transit. Therefore, all items should be suitably wrapped.
If the fault cannot be resolved using a replacement part, please return the item to us, in the original packaging, at:
