Our Returns Policy

If you find a fault with your purchased product, please let us know within 30 days of ordering via info@deliverdeli.com. Please also include a photo to evidence the fault.

If the fault cannot be resolved using a replacement part, we’ll organise a prepaid return label for you to affix to the damaged item. The item can then be dropped off at a DPD drop off point.

Once we receive your item, we’ll process your refund or send a replacement within 14 days.
