What is covered by the warranty?
The warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal home use. This includes defects in the body, frame, gears, and other parts of the product.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Improper use or use other than that illustrated in the manual.
- Accident, abuse, or neglect.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Impact damage caused by shipping or handling.
How to make a warranty claim

Marcato will then send you a return authorisation number and instructions on how to ship your product back for repair or replacement.
