Warranty and Guarantee
Each Spring Oven is tested vigorously to identify defects or imperfections in the product. If there is any damage to the product(s) upon delivery we will offer a replacement service if notified by email within 28 days of delivery. If damage occurs through regular use of the product as defined/ outlined in the instruction booklet, we do offer a full refund or replacement service if notified by email within 28 days of delivery. Please observe the directions for proper ‘Use’ and ‘Care’ of the Spring Oven listed in the instruction booklet, as an insufficient application of these instructions could void your warranty. We require all damage report emails to include photographs of the damage and a written explanation of how the damage occurred or was discovered. All damage report emails should be sent with the title Damage: (Order reference) to the address: email@example.com.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you can return, or request a refund for, your purchase no later than 14 days from the date you receive it. All returns should come in their original packaging, and provided your purchase is unused and in saleable condition, we will refund or replace the item(s). Shipping charges will not be refunded. This does not affect cancellations or your statutory rights.
