What's the difference between the Atlas 150 and 180 pasta machines?
The machines are very similar. However, the 150 can roll and cut a pasta sheet measuring 150mm whereas the 180 model can accommodate larger pasta sheets that measure 180mm in width.
Other than the width of the rollers, the two pasta machines are identical. They both have 10 thickness settings, a crank handle, a pasta cutter, and a clamp that can be attached to a table. They are both made of high-quality materials and are built to last.
Can you make any other types of food, other than pasta, in the Marcato pasta machines?
The Atlas machines are robust and adaptable machines. The Marcato rollers are ideal for making other types of food like pita bread, tacos, flatbreads, Asian noodles and dumplings and pastelitos.
